Barb Farrar- Executive Director

Barb is very excited to work with the board, staff and the community. She has ideas for programs and events that will help the Center support more people and to create more visibility.

Her professional background is in human resources and most recently worked at UW-Parkside. In addition, she has a Masters in Organizational Development and she hopes to use these skills to make the center an even better place to work, volunteer and enjoy as a client.

Barb moved to Kenosha in 2009 from San Francisco and currently resides in Kenosha with her partner Ellen and two pooches. She is currently in the process of starting an orchard and learning how to grow the best peaches in the Midwest.
