Safe Zone Consulting

For organizations needing in-depth solutions, we provide consulting for large groups who need help out of difficult situations. Over the course of two weeks, we host listening sessions for all affected parties, use what we hear to create a custom Safe Zone curriculum, then train everyone in small groups over one or more days. We’ll leave you with a detailed report of our findings and an implementable plan for what to do next. If you need a cultural reset in your workplace, we can help. Our consulting services start at $2,500. To get started, fill out our consulting inquiry.
